Employee Forums or Workers Groups are become increasingly common within larger organisations. They help promote two way communication by bringing together the views of a company’s workforce and management.
How is Wealden different?
We would like to develop a district wide Employee Forum to bring businesses together to share good practice and increase health and safety knowledge and awareness. Our initial thoughts are to hold 3 or 4 meetings a year, chaired and run by local businesses.
