National Apprenticeship Week - 6-10 February 2012

Local partners have got together for Apprenticeship Week 2012 to promote apprenticeships to local students, job seekers and employers.

Apprenticeship Event - Monday 6 February 2012, 1pm - 5pm in the Town Hall

Jobcentre Plus, Eastbourne Works and Activating Eastbourne are holding an Apprenticeship Event for employers to promote their apprenticeship vacancies to job seekers or to learn more about apprenticeships. A presentation on the benefits of apprenticeships and the financial support for employers is on at 2pm and 3pm. Apprenticeships Business Breakfast - Tuesday 7 February 2012, 7.30am-10am at the Sussex Downs College Eastbourne Campus

Sussex Downs College and Eastbourne Borough Council are co-hosting a free breakfast for the business community.

The breakfast features the support available for creating and financing apprenticeships, networking, key note speeches and case studies from the local area.
