Guidance on BS 8555
BS 8555 makes particular reference to small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) but is applicable to any organisation, regardless of the nature of the business activity undertaken, location or level of maturity.
Guidance on ISO 14001
ISO 14001 is an international standard that specifies a process for controlling and improving a company's environmental performance. It is generally used by larger businesses and organisations.
Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS)
EMAS focuses on improving businesses environmental management and performance and is backed by Government and environmental regulators. Organisations are required to have an EMS in place that meets the ISO 14001 requirements .
