- Inspect food businesses on a regular basis
- Participate in national food safety initiatives and sampling programmes
- Publish the Wealden Food and Safety Bulletin. Please take a look at our current and past editions
- Carry out projects to work with businesses and organisation to improve food safety
- Provide a range of useful information
